BLISS Moment: Hum & Heal

This BLISS Moment is based on scientific research. A soft hum on your nasal exhale sends gentle vibrations through your sinuses, releasing nitric oxide—your body’s natural relaxant. It clears the head, calms the vagus nerve, and quiets the mind.


CAUTION: Skip this if you’re congested or light-headed.


FLOW:

  • Sit upright or stand tall.
  • Inhale gently through your nose.
  • Exhale while softly humming “mmm…” (don't force it).
  • Feel the vibration in your face and chest. Play around with where you feel the humming.
  • Repeat 5 rounds.
